We are a distributor-based wholesale manufacturer. Please do not attempt to place an order directly with us. If you would like a listing of where our distributors are located, please click on our "Showroom Locations" page. Our distributors will be happy to help you with color selection, pricing and samples. We also provide custom color matching when it is necessary for our tiles to match other design elements. This process can usually be accomplished in about two weeks for your approval. If a sample is needed to see how your color combination will look before an order is placed, please allow two weeks for the production and shipping. The production time for an average order is 4-6 weeks.
Our experience has shown that the most satisfied customers are those who
are aware of the subtle yet inevitable shade variation inherent in
hand-painted tiles.
Therefore, it is best to have your entire order manufactured at the same time. Please make sure you remember to order the necessary corners, end pieces, trim, etc. It is also a good idea to order a few extra pieces in the event of inexact measurements or breakage during installation. |
